SCALLOPS FOR DINNER

After a fun day harvesting scallops, Eugene got to work preparing them for his dinner!

First you pry them open...

Then you clean all the muscle and innards out.

They look like miniature marshmallows!

 

Fry them up...

...and dinner's served!  Yum!
